After several days of discussion with Once Yachting, we decided to begin with the market research due to our intention to find the right spot for our brand to shine in this competitive market such as yacht charter. The information we've researched includes Deman trends, competitors analysis, Key Strategy Objectives, Marketing Mix and Target Market Segmentation are essential for us to build a strong identity for the brand.

Our conclusion for the Once Yachting after we studied our researched information, the brand concept is to be fun, experience focus, approachable & affordable. We developed Brand personality traits, Brand Values, Unique Selling Point Proposition, Pricing Strategy, Brand statement, Influence Model, and also Brand Narrative.

the color scheme

The brand color was inspired by on “Living coral” shade mixed with “Metallic grey” and a little touch of ocean green-blue. These color combination created a unique summer-type color scheme that would make the audience feels excited and fun while can also experience relaxation and modern luxurious senses.

We also developed a texture for the brand and we named it

"Once sea texture"

typeface

Since Once Yachting brand concept typography needs to be very modern, stylish, and affordable. Thus, Josefin Sans, Jost, and Montserrat are the choices. These fonts give the feeling of timelessness and voguish but also approachable at the same time.

Our ship crew uniform concept is to create a fun, unique-looking polo. Therefore, an asymmetrical design route is what we went for. The right sleeve of the polo was wrapped around by our logo. This was inspired by an islander tattoo. Since our crew is also the main part of the brand no less than the yacht itself,  a large logo has been put at the back of the polo and a small one in front at the left pocket to represent the brand image at its finest level.

Our ship captain uniform was inspired by a traditional yacht captain uniform but with a slight touch of modernism. The coral orange should loop and out brand logo on the left pocket clearly represent our brand.
